About: This project was submitted in fulfillment of a Land Development course as a requirement for the Applied Planning program through Langara College. The project required a site plan of the proposed subdivision and rezoning from RS1 to RHG in the City of Surrey. A full feasibility study was conducted with due diligence elements including context and area demographics, market absorption and prices, density and yield calculations, planning and land use considerations, and a financial proforma to determine whether the project would be viable.
