About: This project was submitted in fulfillment of PLAN 506 - Professional Practice required through the Master of Community Planning program at Vancouver Island University. This 120-page manual was created to organize and record all notes from the entire course and to use throughout my planning career. The class walked through the practice of land development, and this manual summarizes all information pertinent to planners (either on the public or private side). I received the top mark in the class and a grade of 100% on this project.
